Употребление прилагательных перед неопределенным артиклем
1) Если существительное с неопределенным артиклем имеет при себе прилагательное, то последнее ставится, как правило, между артиклем и существительным:

a beautiful day — прекрасный день

2) Однако если перед прилагательным стоят слова as, how, so, too или this/that (в значении "такой"), то неопределенный артикль ставится после прилагательного:

She became as good a doctor as her father — Она стала таким же хорошим врачом, как и ее отец

How reliable a person is he? — Насколько он надежный человек?

I don't want this big a house — Я не хочу такой большой дом.
